Chill on a Dream Boat & float! Bathe in real life sounds of trees, birds, life living. Add in gongs, chimes, crystal bowls and the weightless zen within is like nothing you’ve ever experienced before!

WHAT IS A FLOATING SOUND BATH?
It’s 90 minutes of pure peace in a pool. No, you don’t get wet. Yes, you might fall asleep but we have a lifeguard AND a pool boy! We’ll make sure you are safe while surrounded by the sounds of nature & nurture.
Livin Life in a Labyrinth!
Let’s get down to the true meaning of summer, shall we? The plan is to walk the Tennessee Point Labyrinth and ponder the incredible beauty of the Marin Headlands with a Social + Sound Bath. W
*UPDATE: We’re still planned on June 21st. Considering the amount of instruments & distance - we’re potentially moving to an easier labyrinth location in Tiburon.

Baseball, Babies + The Brave
Our July Social + Sound Bath is inspired by the energy you get at America’s favorite pastime! It’s a big birthday year for America (250!) However currently our country clearly needs good energy. There is no better to send good energy towards the next 250 years than a good ‘ole fashion Little League baseball field!
Our goal at this Social + Sound Bath is to experience a location with a free sound bath. Not everyone can afford traditional therapies, massages and even mani/pedi self care. We are . (And baseball fans of course!)

Why so many free events giving back to the community?
I recently lost my dad who was a disabled Vietnam Vet from Agent Orange & PTSD. When I started Peace & Pop I knew I had to share a piece of my peace for my Pop. I hope you’ll check out my story and supportBabies + The Brave. Our nation is loaded with homeless and broken military men and women. Sound therapy doesn’t have to be a fancy woo-woo luxury treat. Sounds are healing on a cellular level.
Any donations at our monthly Social + Sound Bath events go 100% into supporting others with peace like I wish my Pop had access to in his life.
