The Peace & Pop Social + Sound Bath series is more than a traditional yoga studio sound bath. We’re healing through community, creativity, connection, calm and conversation. We toss the zen within life beyond screens.
Our sound bath and soul experiences blend restorative relaxation with themed real-world social connection. From sweets in outdoor sanctuaries to sound baths floating off to sea… We go everywhere sound meets soul. ✌️
Our Social + Sound Bath events are always free. We believe everyone deserves to feel goodness, healing & kindness among others in a sacred space.
We offer these events as part of our purposeful Peace Project: Babies + The Brave. As a maternal mental health advocate and daughter of a Vietnam Veteran I know I can bring more support to those that need it the most.
