For nearly 30 years, I worked in media, telling stories on air and online. from breaking TELEVISION news to pop radio INTERVIEWS. I became a mom in 2008 and LANDED IN THE TRAILBLAZING ‘MOMMY BLOGGER’ DAYS. You know, before the internet really took over!

WATCHING TRADITIONAL MEDIA WARP INTO WHAT IT IS TODAY and seeing how absolutely insane the internet has become has taken a toll on my heart and soul.

here’s where peace and pop comes to mind. I really believe if i can’t save the world, i can still save the world around me. meaning, i can do so much more in person than behind a computer to make the world a better place.

.After my own journey through postpartum depression, I discovered Tibetan and crystal bowls, and it was like my whole system said, yes, this. That moment launched me into a new path: leading sound baths and sacred spaces where sound meets soul.

So yes.. I guess you can call this the Joey 4.0 version. or maybe 5.0 but who’s counting?

I’m proud to create and hold space for you to find who you really are, I blend crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and good vibes — no pretzel poses required. (thank goodness! i fall over every time.)

I’m a baseball mom, a wife of 18 years, and I’ve got the best emotional support sidekick, Gigi the dog. 🐾
