🙋‍♀️ Hi, I’m Joey.
Thank you for supporting me—and others like me—on this journey. I’m so lucky you’re here, and that I get to share my peace project with you.

I passionately believe in the power sound has to heal. Think about how a baby calms to a lullaby… or how a song instantly transports you back in time. I discovered sound healing nearly 20 years ago while navigating postpartum depression. Each time I experienced crystal bowls, singing chimes, and other healing instruments, I found profound peace—both emotionally and physically. Eventually, I learned to share this practice with others through retreats. Now it’s 2025, and our world needs sound healing more than ever. We try to block out the noise, but true peace comes when we use it to flow through us.

This year, I lost my dad—a Vietnam veteran who silently carried PTSD his entire life. He was the “tough guy” generation, where no pain meant no gain. He survived six years of active duty, but decades later, exposure to Agent Orange led to Parkinson’s disease where he fought for 15 years because of it.

My mom was his caregiver—selflessly holding our family together. She was the quiet hero behind the scenes. Sound baths are healing for veterans suffering from PTSD and caregivers who just need no pressure, just peace.

Losing my dad deepened my purpose: I am bringing sound healing to those who need it most. Those who don’t have access to traditional medicine. Those without healthcare or homes. Those who needs a bath and a nice warm hug to their nervous system through sound. It’s science.
