I’ve been in California since 2018 and as long as we can afford it 😂 - I will never leave!

I was born and raised in small town, Illinois and didn’t really have access to alternative ways of healing. The thought of therapy was just not something attainable either. let’s face it, sound therapy is about as woo as I can get.

I’m also a Christian which is part of the small town girl in me. I was raised believing in something so much bigger than me. Many religions don’t agree with this type of healing. Let’ me be clear though - sound therapy is scientifically proven to heal internal wounds. It’s all based on our bodies being mostly water and sound rocks water, right?

But what if you could put the science, spirituality and healing all in one place?

I did! If you ever get the chance to enjoy a sound bath inside Grace Cathedral in San Francisco - do it. Seriously! I highly suggest it. My friend Amanda and I enjoyed an hour and a half of pure love. It was the biggest hug to the soul too.

The practitioners playing were incredibly talented. And honestly? I could feel my religion while growing my spirituality in the best way ever.
