LET’S FACE IT. IT CAN BE REALLY WEIRD TO SIT THROUGH A SOUND BATH AND PONDER IF IT WAS JUST EAR CANDY OR IN FACT LIFE CHANGING. I get it.

I often get approached by skeptics who want to believe in sound healing but they also need data and proof. NOW, I’m not a scientist or a doctor. I have a musical theater degree! however, I LIKE TO THINK I’M A ‘MEDICINE MOM’ who listened her way through postpartum depression.

I know what worked to get me out of an unhealthy postpartum mental state but i also had to have facts to understand how sound carried through my body before I was really able to start the healing. And when I surrendered to the facts? My whole life starting showing up and shaking out.

🎵 What is Brainwave Entrainment

Ever notice how a lullaby can calm a baby—or how a steady drumbeat at a concert pulls you into a trancey groove? That’s not magic (well, maybe a little). It’s brainwave entrainment.
